Our lot is completely level, which is great feature for anyone who wants easy accessibility and a driveway that is flat! We always enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the bands playing at McEachern Stadium at the high school, which is just a short walk away. On the back deck we have a gas connection which is extremely convenient for grilling and not having to worry about propane tanks!


We have a gorgeous brick exterior on the front of our home, and siding around the rest of the home. The siding was very recently painted!


We have hardwood flooring in the foyer, living room, and dining room area; the kitchen area is linoleum tile and the rest of the home is wall-to-wall carpeting. In the family room we have a fireplace with a gas log in it that is great for making the home feel cozy on cold winter nights. One of my favorite features in the home is the set of rear stairs that we have in the family room. It is so nice to have a way to access the upper level from two areas of the home.

On the main level, there is a full bath and a bedroom, which is perfect for a guest suite so that your guest can have privacy from the rest of the rooms in the house. The master suite is on the upper level and it features a trey ceiling, spacious walk-in closet, and master bath that has a separate shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double vanity.


Our home is conveniently located to so many amenities! We have grocery stores, drug stores, banks, restaurants, gyms, and more just minutes from us! We are also within walking distance to McEachern High School.

If you want to be active, we are very close to the Silver Comet Trail, West Cobb Aquatic Center, and the new Seven Springs swimming pool at Wild Horse Creek Park! Overall, this is a great area to live in.
