The home at 104 Creekview Lane rests in a lovely Dallas neighborhood very close the the Cobb/Paulding County line as well as plenty of amenities. Spacious upstairs bedrooms and multiple living spaces in this home make it a versatile choice for your next house!

We wondered what it is like to live in such a wonderful home. Who better to tell us than the sellers; here is what they had to say:

I love that we have an irrigation system in the front yard with timer settings so we can set it and forget it.

We love our wooded back yard! We've done lots of camp outs in the backyard square and every day my boys and family dog have new adventures at the creek. We have one of the biggest wooded lots on the block with so much freedom to explore nature in a safe environment.

We replaced our entire roof and gutters less than 2 years ago. We love the covered gutters, it really cuts back on leaf build-up. Our roof has a 20 year warranty! That means the next owners won't have to worry about replacing the roof until the year 2034.

Over the last 5 years or so we've purchased 2 new air conditioners, a new furnace, regularly scheduled pest control and lawn service.

We love the open foyer, parlor room and recently painted dining room. Our most favorite room on the main floor (besides the spacious kitchen) is our HUGE laundry room! I kept our changing table in it and all of the laundry, tons of cabinet space and storage room for brooms, vacuums and mops.

Upstairs, all of the bedrooms are very spacious and we love our master bedroom with its trey ceilings and large master bath!

Everyone's always pleasantly surprised by how huge our basement is. If you get the chance, open up the double doors to the storage room. It's bigger than my first apartment!

Everyone is very nice and positive in our neighborhood. When it snowed a couple of years ago, everyone came out and helped each other shovel out their driveways and streets. It was a very memorable experience of fellowship.

The Avenue is our hang out spot just a couple of miles down the road. Hiram (also a couple of miles in a different direction) has tons of great places to eat and shop. We love the movie theater and always run into friends and neighbors.

The Silver Comet Trail is our most favorite place to go for long walks or ride bikes at. We also belong to the YMCA just down the road and they have indoor swimming, rock climbing and tons of free exercise classes. All of my kids learned to swim with the help of the Y.
