We have a wonderful corner lot that is perched high and overlooks the neighboring street with a great view. The front yard features a beautiful red maple and the whole property has blooming bushes throughout. Directly behind the property is a cul-de-sace, which is a great place to have BBQs and hang out with the neighbors in the surrounding homes. Almost the entire backyard has a privacy fence, and it is completely fenced-in with two different gates. The backyard includes a treehouse, a playset with swings and monkey bars, a sandbox, and plenty of green space for activities.  


The back deck is updated with new wood beams! We have great gutter guards on the house, as well as a nice storm door on the front of the home.


We have a one-year-old HVAC system that has a programmable thermostat, and we have two low-flow toilets. The front of the home features double-paned, high-efficiency windows.


Throughout the home, we have all-new oil-rubbed bronze door hardware and light fixtures, as well as newly refinished hardwoods floors throughout the main level. There are lots of young families in the area, and the creek at the front of the subdivision makes for a great area to play during the summer months.


We are conveniently located close to Hiram and Acworth, and we are in the coveted Harrison High School district that boasts lots of wonderful schools. Grocery stores and restaurants are less than a ten-minute drive away, and we are close to a variety of churches, parks, libraries, and the Northwest Cobb YMCA. We are also close to the Avenues of West Cobb, which have a lot of great places for shopping!

We love going bowling, roller skating, shopping, movie-viewing, biking, and hiking at all of the places that are located close to our home! We have a lot of parks close to us, including Kennesaw Mountain!
