The home at 1523 Amberwood Creek is a very well-maintained, two-story home in quiet and friendly neighborhood. The location of the home provides easy access to the schools in the district, as well as shopping at the The Avenues and Cobb Parkway.

We wondered what it is like to live in such a wonderful home. Who better to tell us than the sellers; here is what they had to say:


On the main level we have vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan that is wonderful for family as well as entertaining guests. The kitchen area and breakfast nook have direct access to the patio with a beautiful view of the back yard. The family/great room has a fireplace and the room is directly connected to a spacious dining area that could easily fit seat multiple people for big gatherings.

One of our favorite features is the fact that the master bed and bath are on the main level. It is very large and features beautiful trey ceilings in the room and bathroom as well! We have his/hers vanities and walk-in closets that have plenty of space for storing all of your clothing and accessories. The master bath has a separate glass-door shower and whirlpool tub, as well as plenty of room to maneuver when you are getting ready.  

There is a separate seating room in the front of the home that can be used as a study or a quiet space for reading or relaxing. It could also double as a music room, library, etc! The seating room also features plenty of natural light thanks to three large windows on the front of the home.


The upstairs level of the home features four spacious bedrooms, two of which have adjoining full baths. One of the bedrooms could easily double as an additional media room, study room, play room, etc. There is plenty of walk-in storage throughout the home.


Multiple rooms in the home have recently been freshly painted.


The amenities in the neighborhood include a club house, pool, and tennis court that are right across the street! In the summer time, during the really hot months, it is easy to step out of the front door and look across the street to see how busy the pool is before you decide to get ready to head over there.


The front yard of the home is beautifully landscaped, but simple and very easy to maintain. Our back yard is private, though not fenced-in. It would be easy to add an invisible fence if you have pets that you don’t want roaming free!
