I came from an extensive background in property management before moving into residential real estate. I think the moment that I knew that I was meant to be a Realtor was when I was giving an apartment tour to a family. They told me what features they were looking for I told them which community met all of their needs, booked the appointment for them, negotiated down the price, and helped them secure the perfect apartment home even though it was in a different community!
I've have always had a heart for service and I am an excellent communicator which are 2 qualities that are essential in order to be a successful Realtor. I have had many clients tell me that they didn't feel as though they were shopping for a home with a stranger, but rather with a friend. I am a skillful negotiator and have successfully helped many buyers secure homes during multiple offer situations. I have also helped sellers to maximize their profit on the sale of their home through extensive marketing and exposure of their properties, far beyond what an average agent offers.
Buying a home can be a daunting process so I always make sure to explain the process to my clients step by step and I'm always available when they have any questions about the process. There are a lot of moving parts in a real estate transaction and I guide my clients through the process seamlessly.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family. We love to hike Kennesaw Mountain, run on the Silver Comet Trail, and visit the restaurants in Downtown Woodstock.
I am beyond blessed to have found such an amazing and rewarding career that allows me to help guide others in one of the biggest decisions of their life. Nothing makes me happier than receiving calls and texts from my past clients thanking me for being their Realtor.
